While walking in Kitashinchi, I came upon a shop surrounded by bouquets of flowers!
It was the newly-opened French-style pastry bakery “Kitashinchi CELEBRITE”.
The shop is located on the ground floor, on a street with several other famous bakeries.
“Kitashinchi CELEBRITE” is run by a former award-winning chef turned pastry chef.
I entered the shop full of anticipation to find out what kind of pastries would be on display, as well as the origin of the nameCELEBRITE.
In the showcase I could see a colorful variety of pastries on parade.
Mont Blanc (600 yen.)
Mango pudding (450 yen) and brûlée (450 yen.)
Champagne fruit jelly (450 yen), pudding (450 yen), and coffee pudding (450 yen.)
All the desserts, including this green tea opera cake, are beautifully made in a style well-suited to Shinchi.
“Kitashinchi CELEBRITE” is a luxurious pastry shop where you can enjoy the chef’s carefully-made colorful desserts.
Happily it is open until 2 AM.
I recommend “Kitashinchi CELEBRITE” for the following:
-People who are fascinated by colorful desserts
-People looking for a bakery that is open late in the Umeda area
-Husbands looking for something sweet to improve their wives’ bad moods.
