Filling up on Wonderful Pancakes at Shiawase no Pancake Hommachi Store!

If you want to try a fluffy pancake soufflé in Osaka, then I recommend “Shiawase no Pancake”!

I’ve got to have some fluffy, soufflé pancakes!
If you could find yourself saying that, then I recommend “Shiawase no Pancake”.
“Shiawase no Pancake” is a spot that’s famous for its fluffy “soufflé” pancakes.

This time, I checked out their Hommachi location, which opened March 2, 2015.

It’s just a 5-minute walk if you head west from Hommachi Station on Osaka’s Yotsubashi line. It’s along the road headed towards Awaza Station.

The store interior is simple and has table seating available at the storefront and in the back.
This time, I was seated at a table near the front.

I had my eyes set on something you can only get here in Hommachi, the Apple Mango Pancake made from full ripened fruit from Miyazaki Prefecture.
The thing is, it’s only available at limited times so it turns out they were sold out this time.

After getting over my depression, I ordered this Shiawase Pancake (¥1,100)

Plus, I enjoyed an organic coffee for ¥200.

A light, fluffy pancake make with a deliciously made meringue.

The bitter flavor of the manuka honey syrup really brought out the deep flavor of the pancake.

The rich flavor of the butter was a perfect match with the pancake. The manuka honey has a light bitterness and the butter has such a rounded flavor that spreads throughout your whole mouth.
It’s sooooo tasttyyyy!!!!!!!

This is the perfect pancake for anyone who’s a lover of fluffy pancakes. What a feast!
– For those who love pancakes
– For those who love pancakes that are made fluffy like a soufflé
– For those looking for a café where you can enjoy delicious soufflé pancakes in Osaka.
For all of the above, I recommend “Shiawase no Pancake Hommachi Store”.
