You can also sit by yourself and relax at the counter while you enjoy the scenery.

You can eat a wide variety of pancakes at this shop, but this time I went for the these two, which you can see below.

These are the “Plain French Pancakes,” topped with fresh cream and an abundance of toppings (840Yen).

A strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry topping comes with these gorgeous, “French Pancakes with Fruit” (1155Yen).

These moderately thick pancakes are light and fluffy, similar to the body of a mild cheese.

(Incidentally, there doesn’t seem to be any cheese used here.)

The sweetness of the fresh cream pancakes is pretty moderate, so the deliciousness of the eggs and butter really stand out and stay with you.

These pancakes have a flavor that gives you a feeling unlike anything else.

These were some tasty pancakes with a full-bodied texture that can almost be mistaken for cheese.

“La Pause” is open till 23:00 (11:00pm), which makes it a really convenient cafe to stop at, especially when you want to enjoy some pancakes after dinner.
