“DOUASSYU” in Higashi-shinsaibashi

Surprising culinary creations that incorporate Japanese ingredients in French-based dishes are so delicious!

We went to the French restaurant “DOUASSYU” in Higashi-shinsaibashi for a family birthday celebration.
You wouldn’t think so by looking from the outside, but the bright terrace dining area was flooded with light. It would be perfect for bridal parties!!!!
The greenery and seasonal flowers were gorgeous.
There are also private rooms and Japanese-style rooms tucked away, which would be nice for family occasions.

Overflowing with talent, Chef Nakata delivered exciting dishes one after another, which made for a memorable occasion!!
Chef Nakata, who makes bold use of ingredients and makes delicate and beautiful final touches, is absolutely a genius! (*^^)v

It’s also wonderful that they use plenty of “Osaka-mon” ingredients (ingredients from Osaka). 〜*\(^o^)/*

From the much-anticipated dessert tray, I had a little of each of the eight kinds of dessert!
I was thrilled that they celebrated by writing a message with a drawing of me and sang the birthday song! 〜☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

The cream cheese and sesame bread made by the pastry chef were also excellent!!
It was so good that I got some to take home.
