Western Food Restaurant ”Genchan”

A Western Food Restaurant with Pedigree, Established in 1936!

I went to the prim and proper western food restaurant “Genchan”, which was established in 1936.

A slight thrill and the comfort of tradition can be felt inside the restaurant.
The traditional menu is full of nostalgic items.

“Lunch of the Day” comes with a choice of main dish, and I chose the meat. The medium fried “Veal Cutlet” is served with a perfect demi-glace sauce. So good!
The thin outside layer is crisp, and the inside is soft and super juicy.
The demi-glace sauce has a deep taste because of its long stewing and settling process.
