Shinsaibashi Nanatsuki

The Shinsaibashi branch opened in August, 2014!

I went to “Nanatsuki”, which is open from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. ♪
I decided to go because my acquaintance, who is fond of ramen, told me that their ramen is delicious.

The base is chicken broth, and the hint of sweetness from the soy sauce creates a soothing flavor.
Their straight noodles are thin, go down well, and match very well with the broth.
The toppings (chashu, the white part of green onions, mizuna, and menma) are simple and beautifully arranged.

The gyoza (dumplings) on their side dish menu is also popular!
They are on the small side, but are full of ingredients yet the crunchy texture of the vegetables remains. They are unbelievably delicious♪
