Kushikatsu Gosai’s Shirasu Bowl

A lunch with outstanding cost performance!

I had lunch at Kushikatsu Gosai, which is just a 20-minute walk from Tenjimbashisuji Rokuchome Station!

Osaka’s famous skewers were tempting, but at 630 yen the cost performance of the Spring dish ”Shirasu Bowl” (baby sardines on rice) was outstanding!

The baby sardines are served on a piping hot layer of rice topped with hot-spring egg, white sesame, onions, and shredded seaweed.
The fluffy taste of the baby sardines is delicious!!!
It includes lots of cholesterol-lowering EPA as well, so it’s good for your blood!
