I went and enjoyed a variety of meat dishes.

■ Roast beef: 1,400 yen
They cooked the surface quickly at high temperature, so it is fragrant, and full of flavor ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ



■ Pork rillettes with baguette: 800 yen
A French side dish, pork rillettes are slowly cooked tender with spices and served as a paste, and goes very well with the bread!


■ Chicken liver and heart confit: 500 yen
I became hooked on the super-thick liver that was cooked at low temperature *\(^o^)/*


■ Pâté of the day (Pork and chicken liver pâté): 900 yen
An authentic, rural-style pâté that’s perfect with wine. It’s roasted to seal in the flavors from the herbs. An excellent match with a full-bodied wine!


■ Chicken galantine: 600 yen
A French dish served cold, the chicken is wrapped with ingredients and cooked.
Mellow. Light. The texture of the vegetables was ◎


■ Pork ribs stew with chickpeas: 1,200 yen
A stew dish with pork ribs and my favorite chickpeas.
The pork ribs, cooked tender until they almost melt away, are super tasty ♪


■ Black wagyu beef round steak (80g): 1,480 yen
The finely textured meat, you’ll drool just from looking at it! It’s a light, healthy steak.

■ Black wagyu beef roast steak (80g): 1,780 yen
A thick but tender cut of meat, the taste, the smell! They’ve sealed in the melting sweetness and its juices!

■ Black wagyu beef fillet streak (80g): 1,980 yen


■ Dojima sandwich: 1,800 yen
A beef cutlet sandwich and pork cutlet sandwich set!
Recommended if you’re craving both. Also available to-go!



■ Sherbet of the day (Strawberry): 600 yen
The bumpy texture comes straight from the fresh strawberries *\(^o^)/*
It’s perfect to wrap up the delicious meat-filled meal.
