Kyu Yam Tetsudo in LUCUA 1100

This famous spiced curry restaurant has opened in front of Osaka Station!

I’ve been to the restaurant zone on the B2 Level of LUCUA 1100.
They have an array of reasonably-priced restaurants where food is prepared quickly and easily.
It’s open from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, so you can eat lunch, too!! You can also keep on drinking until just before the last train leaves!

This time, I tried “Kyu Yam Tetsudo” , the third restaurant opened by “Kyu Yam Tei” , which is said to be one of Kansai’s top-tier spiced curry restaurants. The inside of the restaurant is filled with a nostalgic atmosphere with scenery reminiscent of a railroad dining car.

Of the flour-free medicinal curries, the soft and healthy keema curry that takes advantage of the natural flavor of vegetables is very appealing and makes me want to go back over and over again.
It’s spicy, but not too spicy, and the gentle flavor can be enjoyed regardless of age or gender, making it a favorite!
The Japanese-style broth, made from ingredients such as konbu kelp, shiitake, and bonito, comingles perfectly with the spices, making this curry aromatic and soooo delicious!
You can choose from brown rice or turmeric rice.
