Shiawase no Pancake Minamisemba Store

A popular pancake shop thriving among fierce competition.

Shiawase no Pancake: ¥1,100
I decided to check out “Shiawase no Pancake”, which has become very well-known for rising to the top in an area that’s known for its fierce competition among pancake shops.
The word “Shiawase” means happiness, which is a fitting name for the shop considering that their pancakes have managed to break through all the other competition in the area!
You also get to have fun watching them diligently prepare your pancakes before you eat! This is another reason why happiness is the perfect feeling to name the shop after.

“Shiawase no Pancake” is their staple dish, which features fluffy pancakes that are considerably thick as well.
They also prepare them with “Manuka Honey” from New Zealand, which is irresistible for honey lovers.
The pancakes come topped with whipped cream mixed with lots of caramel syrup. This goes to show why happiness is such a fitting name for these pancakes!
