Established in 1980! Tonkatsu Tawara

An established tonkatsu specialty restaurant that was featured on a TV program

I decided to have tonkatsu for lunch over the weekend, influenced by my friend who loves tonkatsu.
There is a modern and stylish tonkatsu restaurant that is about 10 minutes by foot from Tsuruhashi Station.
“Tonkatsu Tawara”, which was established in 1980 and was featured on a popular TV program, uses name-brand pork from Shizuoka Prefecture!
This safe and trusted pork is from pigs born and raised naturally and is full of Vitamin B and protein.
The meat is free of off-odors and tastes, and the fine fat is sweet and light.

In addition to the delicious tonkatsu, the appetizer buffet (all-you-can-eat) is also very popular!
There are about ten vegetable-heavy appetizers to choose from.
You can only have one go, but you can take as much as you want of anything. The homemade appetizers are full of vegetables and are delicious!

The super thick-cut tonkatsu felt heavy between my chopsticks.
I was nailed to the spot by the rich name-brand pork.
The thick and tender meat exceeded my expectations, and it had the perfect amount of fat.
They have homemade tonkatsu sauce, but eating it with salt makes it sweeter and really delicious.
The crisp cut cabbage, miso soup, and rice were also delicious!
The satisfaction was worth the price and more!
