MIKI FRUITS CAFE specializes in seasonal fruits and premium bananas.

A specialty cafe that serves fresh fruits and fruit juice in Kitahorie!

Miki Fruits Cafe in Kitahorie specializes in fruit and fruit juice, and I had the opportunity to try their delicious fruit sandwich!
It’s about a two minute walk from the subway at Nishiohashi Station.

Near the entrance they have melons, mangoes and other fresh high-quality fruit on display, which fills the air with a wonderful fragrance!

There is also a cafe connected to it that serves a tempting selection of tasty looking desserts prepared with fruit that is ripe and ready to eat.
They have a popular selection of menu items, including parfaits and waffles, as well as blended juice mixes.

Sandwiches with Seasonal Fruits
– Fruit Sandwich: ¥1,130
*Featured Choice Sandwich
This sandwich plate featured a large selection of over 200g worth of seasonal fruits that were picked out for me.
The sandwich’s fluffy bread had a nice saltiness to it that combined perfectly with the ripe fruit and sweet fresh cream inside.
The featured selection of fresh fruit for that day was made up of kiwi, strawberries, bananas, oranges, and figs. This colorful assortment of fruit is beautiful to look at and healthy too, since it adds to your essential daily vitamin intake.

*Today’s Featured Juice
You get to choose between four different kinds of juice prepared with whatever fresh fruit is available that day.
I decided to go for a refreshing juice made from cherries, strawberries, and bananas.
They also add some milk to it, which does a nice job of mellowing the juice’s flavor.

This luxurious looking set features a wide variety of fruits to sample and enjoy.
It comes with Bing cherries, muscat, mandarin oranges, watermelon, pink grapefruit, and banana.
