All-You-Can-Eat Pork Shabu-shabu! “Kin no Buta PREMIUM Shinsaibashi”

Enjoy a "special two hours" on weekends and holidays from noon with a super great value pork shabu-shabu!

For today’s lunch I went to a pork shabu-shabu restaurant in Shinsaibashi called “Kin no Buta PREMIUM Shinsaibashi”. The entire staff there works as a team to give you a “special two hours.” It’s almost too wonderful!

On weekdays they open at 5 PM, but on weekends and holidays they open at 12 noon and offer this super great value pork shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat!
“Japanese Mochi Pork All-You-Can-Eat Course” (3150Yen, with tax 3402Yen)
This two hour all-you-can-eat is the essential course at this restaurant!
For the meat that goes into the shabu-shabu, the “Japanese Mochi Pork Loin” in the picture, the “Japanese Mochi Pork Rib Meat,” and “Japanese Mochi Pork Shoulder Roast” are all-you-can-eat!
In addition, Japanese Mochi Pork Dumplings, sausage, tofu, meat dumplings, udon, Chinese noodles, direct-from-the-farm vegetables and other ingredients are all-you-can-eat too!!
The amazing thing is that everything on the menu, from appetizers to salads, is all-you-can-eat!
Finally, every person gets one dessert. This course is an astonishingly great value!

For the shabu-shabu dashi, you can choose two out of seven different kinds!
This time we chose “Five Miso Tonkotsu Dashi,” which was very good the last time I came here, and “Pure Tamari Soy Sauce Sukiyaki Style Dashi.”
Cooking the loin meat in the Five Miso Tonkotsu Dashi…

The soft and sweet meat melts together with the savory dashi. The pork shabu-shabu here is really too good!
This domestic brand pork has no off flavors, and is simply full of meaty flavor and sweetness. I could keep eating it forever. (^^
