“Ramen Bakajikara” at Namba

The numbingly spicy miso ramen is a new kind of taste!

For today’s lunch, I went to “Ramen Bakajikara”, a ramen shop in Namba.
It just opened in May, and it is popular for having good miso ramen.
“Numbingly Spicy Red Miso Ramen” (¥850)
You can choose from three levels of spiciness, so I am going with the most spicy “Spice Level 3”!
It’s a huge bowl with lots of bulk!

Trying the soup…

Wow, so good!!
The sweetness and body of the miso is wonderful, and afterwards a numb spiciness spreads on the tongue!
This new kind of spicy miso ramen, which is made spicy not with red pepper but with Japanese pepper, draws you in the more you eat it!

Rather thick straight noodles…

So good!!
They are smooth and springy, and their unique aroma is fantastic, and they go great with the numbingly spicy miso soup!

“Red Miso Ramen” (¥850)
This is the standard ramen of this place, and I just had one bite.

So good!!
You directly taste the sweetness and rich body of the miso, and it is an irresistable taste for miso lovers!

Super thick straight noodles…

So good!!
They have a springy feel and are very substantial!

“Mapo Bowl” (¥250)
This much bulk at this price is very kind!

So good!!

The side menu is very full as well!

The bright and clean interior has counter and tatami seating, as well as standing counters.

Since it is close to Namba Station, this place is in a very convenient location.
It is highly recommended if you ever want to eat delicious miso ramen!
