Norio Namba Naka Store

A fully satisfying great value lunch set that gets perfect marks for its volume and rich ramen!

For today’s lunch, I went to a ramen shop in Namba Naka, Naniwa-ku called “Norio Namba Naka Store”.
“Rich and Thick Soy Sauce Ramen” (¥780), “A Set” (¥100)
During lunch time (11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), you can avail of various meal sets for an additional ¥100. This A Set includes two pieces of Karaage (deep-fried chicken), three pieces of Gyoza, and white rice for only ¥100!
Plus all-you-can-eat Kimchi for no extra charge at all. This is a real bargain!

The surface of the soup is covered and packed with backfat!

Tasting the thick soup with the soup spoon…

The balance between the Tonkotsu flavor and the sweetness of the backfat is perfect. It’s thick but it’s not excessively flavorful so it’s very pleasant to the taste!

The noodles are covered with soup all over and it tastes so good!

Small slices of Chashu (roasted pork fillet)…

Even though the surface has been roasted, it’s still savoury, really tender, and sweet!

This set for a mere additional ¥100 is a real bargain no matter how you look at it!

Both the gyoza and the karaage were super delicious!
After eating all of it, I felt really full and really, really satisfied!

They offer various ramen flavors.
They also have four choices for their lunch time sets. It’s almost unbelievable that you can get all those for only ¥100!

The shop attendants were all very kind and friendly so I had a really comfortable time!
They’re open until very late at night. I’ll definitely take the pleasure of visiting this customer-friendly shop again!
