BROTHERS cafeteria Namba Store
For today’s lunch, I went to a cafe in Namba called “BROTHERS cafeteria Namba Store”.
They vacated their old place on the first floor of Namba City as “Brothers Cafe Namba City Store“, moved to a place about 80 meters to the west, remodeled, and reopened as “BROTHERS cafeteria Namba Store”!
Pancakes and sweets are their main products, but they also have a solid offering on their lunch menu!
“Rounded Meat Katsu Curry” (¥1000), “Cheese Topping” (¥100)
It’s quite a big serving with a big tonkatsu and lots of curry sauce on a big plate!
Taking a bite of the tonkatsu and curry sauce with the cheese melted into it…
The tonkatsu was savory and its breading was crispy. The genuine curry sauce was rich and flavorful, complete with that spicy taste that comes afterwards. They matched wonderfully with each other!
A big bite of meat…
It’s so tender, it feels like I don’t even need to chew, and it melted away in my mouth in no time!
You can have coffee with it in a set for ¥200!
After looking at the menu, I can’t help but be notice this one…
“Premium Rounded Apple Pie” (¥1300)
They only prepare and bake it after you order, so it took a while, but it’s wonderful to be able to eat a freshly baked apple pie!
I tried slicing it and you can see that it has lots of apple in it!
Since it’s freshly baked, you can enjoy the scalding hot apple with the crisp and splendidly aromatic pie crust!
The cinnamon sauce was also overflowing with refined flavor. This apple pie definitely has a special taste to it!
There were a number of changes to their menu, but the store basically offers the same things it did before.
The shop interior is bright and overflowing with a sense of neatness, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. This is a place where you can take it easy and feel at home!
Do try to come and enjoy some delicious sweets and lunch at their newly relocated, remodeled, and reopened shop. (^^
