“Kobachi Curry” in Toyosaki

A perfectly delicious spice curry with harmony as its theme, created with an outstanding sensibility!

For today’s lunch, I visited a curry specialty store, “Kobachi Curry”, in Kita-ku Toyosaki.
It has not been too long since its grand opening, but I have been curious because of its overwhelmingly positive reviews by curry enthusiasts!
They have three basic curries: “beef & pork curry,” “chicken keema curry,” and “lamb keema curry.”
Standard spiciness is 0, and they also offer levels 1, 2, and 3. I selected level 3!
After an order is placed, the owner adds spices to the curry in a pot and carefully cooks up the dish.
I am excited by just looking at this process (^^
The plating is very elaborate and beautiful~!

“Beef & pork curry”

The rich sweetness and the savoriness of the meet is followed by the aroma of complex spices in my moth!
This is irresistible for those who love spicy curry.

“Lamb keema curry”

The savoriness of the lamb meet is concentrated, and the exquisite mixture of the spices accentuate it.

It is nice that the savory onion soup and fresh pickles come with the curry!

They have great coffees, in addition to curries, and the restaurant can be used as a cafe!

The bright and clean store, surrounded by glass, offers relaxed counter seating and a comfortable atmosphere!
The pleasant man, who operates the store on his own, developed the curries essentially on his own. I think he has an amazing sensibility!
The store is a bit far from the station, but it is worth the trip. I will definitely be returning again!
