For today’s lunch, we went to “Ramen Fudoki” in Senrichuo.
Ramen Fudoki is a fantastic restaurant that offers many varieties of ramen, side dishes, and substantial value sets at a great price.

[Shrimp With Mayonnaise Set] (980円)
This wonderfully filling set comes with half-size orders of ramen and fried rice, shrimp with mayonnaise, fried chicken, almond jelly, and even unlimited kimchi!


The half-size order is a bowl of tonkotsu-shoyu (broth flavored with pork bones and soy sauce) ramen!


The soup…

This high-class tonkotsu-shoyu broth is loaded with umami and sweetness, and has a great depth of flavor!


The straight, medium-sized noodles…

The soup definitely clings to these noodles, which are chewy yet still springy in texture. Delicious!


The shrimp with mayonnaise, the fried chicken…


So yummy!
The shrimp, mixed with an ample amount of rich mayonnaise, is so tender!
The fried chicken is juicy and delicious!


The half-size order of fried rice…


So yummy!
The fluffy rice, with each grain seasoned just right, tastes so good!
When you finish the last bite, your belly will be so full, and you’ll be totally satisfied.
