“TEPPAN KENSHIN” in Teradacho
For today’s lunch, I went to a teppan yakisoba shop (iron plate fried noodles) in Teradacho called “TEPPAN KENSHIN”.
Starting with raw noodle yakisoba and okonomiyaki as their specialties, their menu is packed with a wide variety of items overflowing with originality. This is one teppanyaki shop well-known to those in the know.
During weekdays, their lunch menu consists of 5 varieties, all equally offered at the fair price of ¥600 (tax-exclusive) each!
“Yakisoba Set” (¥600), “Pork” (¥100), “Kimchi” (¥150)
They have various toppings prepared along with their standard yakisoba, so you can mix and match them however you like.
Their lunch menu set includes rice, miso soup, and pickled vegetables, so it’s a really great deal for its price!
Rather thick noodles…
Pork and kimchi…
They’re so good I couldn’t stop eating them with rice. (^^
Located beside the shop is a public bath which opens at 2:00 p.m. It seems there are a lot of customers who come to their shop after taking a bath to have a drink before going home.
People who love hot springs and baths would be absolutely grateful for the existence of this shop!
I, myself, would definitely love to try spending a day off by first going to public bath next door and coming to this shop afterwards to have a cold beer while eating their delicious yakisoba. (^^
