Japanese cuisine Rakutaian in Temmabashi
I had dinner at Japanese cuisine Rakutaian, in Temmabashi.
It is a restaurant located on the 21st floor of the OMM Building, in front of Temmabashi station and, thanks to its glass walls, all its customers can enjoy amazing panoramic and night views from their seats.
In this outstanding atmosphere you can enjoy course menus of authentic Japanese cuisine using special seasonal ingredients at reasonably prices starting at 6,000 JPY!
This time, I had their “Shimotsuki Kaiseki” course (7,500 JPY, plus tax and service)!
Their “Crab Shell” is a plentiful dish and it comes with snow crab, cucumber flower garnish, wakame, finely chopped Chinese yam, crab innards cream, radish, and ginger vinegar jelly!
A variety of ingredients comes served inside a crab shell, and their flavors mix with the crab innards cream and fresh ginger jelly for an exquisite result!
Oh my, this is just heavenly!!
The broth is really delicate and it has a luxurious feeling to it – it is so tasty that you may not be able to help but to moan in delight!
All these fresh sashimi pieces were really delicious!
This amazing “hassun” (a dish often served as a kaiseki course which includes an assortment of various delicacies) is a pleasure to the eyes, and it is even better when you eat it!
Wow, just yummy!!
The tilefish is really flavorful, and the negi miso only helps to enhance its delicious taste!
This exquisite broth combines a variety of special ingredients in an overwhelmingly delicious result!
Mixed rice steamed with salmon and salmon roe!
The staff mixes it thoroughly for you and then serves it in plates!
The flavors of the salmon and the salmon roe mingle very well with the dashi-flavored rice!
I had some dessert too and ended up full and very, very, very satisfied!!
From the window, you can enjoy a bird view of the beautiful Osaka castle!
The restaurant offers a variety of seating options and private rooms, all of which provide a different experience, so I think this is a wonderful restaurant to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine!
It is also great that you can choose a different kind of seating depending on the situation that you are going to use this restaurant for!
