“COLOSSEO” in Minamisemba
This place falls into the category of long established restaurants in Osaka where you can taste traditional Italian cooking.
While there are courses, today I ordered various things a la carte.
“Smoked sturgeon and caviar”
With a savory flavor, the sturgeon had a texture like ham, and it was delicious with the luxurious saltiness of the caviar!
While eating olives and snacks, a glass of champagne!
“Warm carpaccio with fresh Italian porcini” (¥2,200)
The porcini fills your mouth with a very rich flavor!
“Homemade Italian sausage and fresh porcini tagliolini” (¥2,000)
With lots of ingredients there is plenty of volume!!
With the wonderfully chewy pasta, the flavor of the Italian sausage and the aroma of the porcini are insanely delicious!
The nice and mild flavor is really delicious!!
“Donkey meat risotto” (¥1,700)
While this was the first time for me to eat donkey meat, it seems that it is popular ingredient in the Northern Italian region!
The well stewed donkey meat is very tender, and very tasty!
“Tottori Japanese beef stewed in wine” (¥3,000)
The very tender meat and the sauce that is well-seasoned with red wine are delicious!
“AMARO MONTENEGRO” together with dessert!
This liqueur is best when drinking with something sweet.（＾＾
I am full and completely satisfied!!
The classical and dignified atmosphere inside fits the personality of this long-established restaurant!
Since one dish from the a la carte menu has enough volume to share with two to three people, it is nice to enjoy various things a la carte!
I think this is also definitely a good place to visit for lunch!
