Shinto in Kitashinchi

A restaurant has opened that offers the specialty dish of Sasayama—soft Japanese beef bowl topped with grated yam!

I went to a restaurant that specializes in meat dishes, “Shinto”, located in Kitashinchi for lunch today.
The Japanese beef lunch set is offered at a reasonable price during lunch!
“Beef bowl topped with grated yam” (¥1,000)
It’s a bowl of rice covered with sauce and topped with seared Japanese beef and grated yam!

Lay a soft-boiled egg…

Mix it and eat…

Wooooow, delicious!!
The moist and soft juicy meat perfectly matches the sticky grated yam and rice mixed with sauce full of umami!

This is the “seared beef set meal” (¥1,000) that my friend ordered!
I tried one piece of beef!

Wooooow, delicious!!
Tangy ponzu sauce (citrus sauce) boosts the umami and sweetness of the meat!

Only two kinds of dishes are available as of now, but more menu items will be added!

I will come back again!
