“Kokontei” in Shin Umeda Shokudogai

Noukou tori paitan is made of a thick chicken broth made to perfection with a savory chicken flavor.

For today’s lunch I went to a ramen restaurant by the name of “Kokontei” in Shin Umeda Shokudogai.

Noukou Tori Paitan Ramen (850 Yen)

I start out by trying this soup with mincemeat.

Mmmm, so delicious!
The savory chicken and the savory, thick broth make for an amazing flavor!
The broth is very thick, but it is not oily or greasy and leaves a really refreshing aftertaste that makes you want to just keep drinking it.

Thick straight noodles…

The chewy noodles and savory soup combine with wonderful flavor!

Roasted pork…

Soooo good!
The small but thick pieces of pork are very tender and full of flavor!

The broth is thick, but I couldn’t help but drink all of it.

It could have been because I went on a Saturday, but even though it was only a little past 3:00 p.m., the counter and table seats were almost full!
This restaurant is open every day with long hours, so you can stop by anytime you like!
I will definitely stop by here again to have some amazing noukou tori paitan ramen!
