For lunch today, I went to “Gyukatsu Katsumasa”, a beef cutlet restaurant in Uehommachi.
Beef cutlets are extremely popular right now, but this restaurant features beef cutlets made with Omi Beef!
I feel like I am living in luxury to have the chance to have beef cutlets made from a top-quality brand of beef usually used for yakiniku and steak!
