Leone in Kitashinchi

Spices bring out the absolute best lamb flavor!

For today’s lunch I went to “Leone”, a restaurant in Kitashinchi specializing in Italian food, that has many exquisite dishes you can enjoy.
Originally, the chef specialized in Italian food, but now customers can eat incredibly authentic curry at lunch since he is actually very skilled at spicy Indian dishes!
When I went this time, “Lamb and Chicken Keema Curry” appeared!
As someone who loves spicy curry, this is irresistible~!
The plating was beautiful, the extraordinarily delicious curry rice was cooked in saffron and turmeric, and everything was garnished with a spinach paste!
In any case, I was astounded by how much care was put into making this curry and loved how it had so many things I love in it!

Chunks of lamb can be found everywhere in this curry!

So delicious~~!!
The complex mixture of spices really brings out the savory flavor of the lamb, so there’s nothing I can complain about in this dish!
The rich flavor of the chicken and lamb is amazing!
The spices are always being adjusted to match the taste of the lamb, and using a lot of cumin, which works really well with lamb, leads to a refreshing and delicious flavor!
I’m going to become obsessed with this chef’s spice magic!

Of course I also used the house-made chili oil (¥100)!

The stringent, savory, and spicy flavors increased considerably and made this dish even more delicious~~!!

“Lamb and Chicken Keema Curry” (¥1000)
“House-made Chili Oil” (¥100)

This is an unexpectedly great value (^^

I might start going every week from now on.
