“SOMA” in Nakatsu

Top class curry! Mix your curries together for a screaming good meal!

For today’s lunch I went to “SOMA”, a restaurant in Nakatsu specializing in curry.
They have so many varieties of curry I was at a bit of a loss at which one to try today, but I ended up going with the “Chicken Keema Tomato Curry” (800 yen) with the spiciness at level 10 (50 yen).
Tomato curry surrounds the rice, with a generous helping of chicken keema curry heaped on top of the rice!
I was told to “please mix the curries well,” but I wanted to try each flavor separately first.

Tomato Curry

The sweet and spicy body of the tomato mixed with the complex spices make for an amazing taste!

Chicken Keema Curry

It’s so amazing!
The spices blend well with the savory chicken to create an amazing flavor.

Next, I mix both curries and try them along with the rice.

Wow, it’s so delicious!
How do they make it so it tastes so different after mixing the curries?
The sweet and sour body of the tomato brings out the savory flavor of the chicken amazingly well. The spices slowly build to create an outstanding flavor!

There are a lot of types of curries, but I think they’re all truly outstanding. (^ ^

The restaurant provides a relaxed, laid back atmosphere.

Once again, there were plenty of customers all enjoying the curry.
I’m planning on coming here frequently until I’ve conquered all of their curries!
