“Soudaisho” in Tenjinbashisuji 6-Chome

Bonito soy sauce is delicious as usual and comes with a punch.

Today, I went to “Soudaisho”, a ramen restaurant in Tenjinbashisuji 6-Chome for lunch.

‘Dark (Strong) Soy Sauce Ramen’, 750 yen. The color of the soup really does make it look like a strong soy sauce flavor!

The bonito soup’s kick and flavor combines perfectly with soy sauce. It’s really good!

I haven’t eaten it for a while, but the constant reliability of this ramens fantastic taste is very reassuring!

Medium-thick noodles

Chewy and cooked to perfection!

I came here quite late today so I was thankful that they serve lunch all the way up to 3:00pm. Even though it was well past lunchtime when I arrived, half the restaurant was still filled with customers. Queues will great you everyday if you come at 12:00 midday – the peak of lunchtime. Amongst other things, this restaurant is very popular for its constant reliability of delicious food. The restaurants’ staff are also very pleasant – making the whole atmosphere of the restaurant an enjoyable one.
