“Gonpachi” in Noe

The one-coin curry at a Yakiniku specialty restaurant is a great deal, loaded with meat and packed with the meat flavors!

For today’s lunch, I went to a Yakiniku specialty restaurant, “Gonpachi” in Noe.
I heard from a friend that the “one-coin curry at a Yakiniku restaurant in Noe is very good!” thus decided to give it a try! Just by hearing “Yakiniku restaurant’s curry,” I expected it to be amazing, with generous amounts of meat (^^ At lunch time, the restaurant only served this curry. Therefore, you will be served this “curry rice” without ordering (^^ A large portion of rice and copious amount of curry is served in a deep dish. It is topped with a generous amount of meat! Amazingly, at this size and extravagance, it just costs a single ¥500 coin, flat.

The thick curry packs in the savor ones and sweetness of the meat, followed by the heat from the spices. Apparently, a large amount of tendon is dissolved in the curry! The fat in the meat is sweet, and matches perfectly.

This bright red Fukujinzuke pairs perfectly with this curry (^^

This restaurant is a mere 5-minute walk from the Noe station off of the Keihin line. The customers kept arriving, since they can enjoy a high-caliber curry rice with just a single coin! It is a restaurant that I would want to frequent, if it were near by. I also heard that Yakiniku served at night is equally amazing, so I would like to come back for that.
