“KELLER KELLER KRANZ” in Umeda
I went to a beer restaurant, “KELLER KELLER KRANZ”, in Umeda for today’s lunch.
At night, the restaurant serves wine and Belgium beer as well as authentic pizza baked in a stone oven, and Western cuisine is offered at a great price during lunch.
Every time I walk by the restaurant and see the sign that says “all-you-can-eat bread,” I always tell myself that I want to go to the restaurant sometime, and this was my first time to visit the restaurant!
“Homemade Salisbury steak (demi-glace sauce)” (¥980)
They serve you generous amount of demi-glace sauce, which makes me happy!
Cut it in half and you’ll see the dense meat!
The sweet-tasting meat covered in concentrated authentic demi-glace sauce that has rich flavors and bitter umami is delicious!
You can choose bread or rice. If you choose bread, you can eat as much bread as you want!
The server comes to your table with a basket full of various kinds of bread, and you can select whatever you like from them!
First, I had basil bread, sausage bread, milk bread, and potato bread!
The warm bread has fragrant flavors and is delicious!
You may end up eating too much bread, as the server comes to your table again and again. But I had the sausage bread again 🙂
I soaked the bread in the superb demi-glace sauce and ate it until there was no more sauce!
The fresh vegetable salad and savory consommé soup were included with my meal and it was a very satisfying lunch!
This is the “homemade Salisbury steak” with “ponzu (citrus sauce) sauce with grated radish” that my friend had.
This is also tantalizing!
The very spacious restaurant with two entrances offers a extremely stylish and cozy atmosphere!
I definitely want to come back at night and try various dishes with delicious Belgium beer!
