Hiyakake (chilled Udon) soup made from smoked sardines is amazingly delicious!

For today’s lunch, I visited a Udon specialty restaurant, “Jonetsu Udon Sanshu Shin-Osaka Store”, in Shin-Osaka.
“House special Hiyakake Udon with smoked sardine soup and silver conger eel and soft-boiled egg Tempura” (¥950)

Whoa!!! Delicious!!!!!
The mild savoriness of sardines is impactful and prominent, spreading and lingering throughout my mouth!
What an amazing chilled soup! Having this much flavor, even though it is essentially ice cold!

Similarly to the flagship store, this restaurant offers an attractive line-up!
Additionally, this restaurant offers the popular “Japanese-style curry rice”!
You can also order Udon in a set.

It has been a long while since I came here, however, it still was an amazing restaurant for Udon and also the soup, just like its flagship store.
