“Saba6 Seimenjo” in Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome

A mackerel soy sauce soba dish where the beautiful taste of the mackerel is so intensified you just can't stop eating!

Today I went to a ramen restaurant in Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome called “Saba6 Seimenjo” for lunch.

‘Mackerel soy sauce ramen’ (700 yen).
The flavor of the mackerel hit me as soon as it was served!

I’ll eat first with a spoon…

Wow! Absolutely delicious!!
The rich taste of mackerel has been intensified and the thick, rich soy sauce soup tastes meaty and tasty. It’s so tasty I just had to have a few more sips of the soup before I started on any other part of the ramen!

The firm and chewy noodles taste amazing with the luxury soup!

So tasty!
The juicy and tender meat is very delicious – it tastes great with the luxury soup too!

Shredded garlic, spices and pepper are available on the table for customers to change the flavor of the dish as they wish. I didn’t use any of them. The only fault with the dish was that it was too tasty I didn’t want to change the flavor! But it might have been interesting to see how they changed the already delicious flavor.

For such a high quality and tasty ramen, the price tag is very affordable! The store gets very crowded as soon as it opens, with more and more customers piling in!
All the staff at the restaurant were enthusiastic and polite, thus creating a very nice atmosphere.
I’m sure I will be back!
