“Chinese Cuisine SANGU” at Umeda Sky Building

Chilled "tantanmen" noodles with a high level of luxuriousness!

For today’s lunch I went to “Chinese Cuisine SANGU” on the 39th floor of the Umeda Sky Building.
While a top-quality Chinese restaurant in the Umeda Sky Building, it is a popular place where you can have a luxurious lunch at a reasonable price.
The lunch menu is good value for the money, and I hesitated about what to order, but today I decided to get the “chilled tantanmen noodles.”
On top of the very thick noodles there is plenty of meat with “miso” soybean paste, and it is accompanied by a variety of summer vegetables on the side, so that the tantanmen noodles are wonderfully luxurious!

The sesame sauce is served separately. Since it is good whether you eat it by dipping the noodles in the sauce like “tsukemen” noodles, or you eat it by pouring all the sauce on top, I heartily poured it!

Twisting round and round and stirring it in.

The rich flavor of the sesame and the meat with soybean paste matches wonderfully with the chilled thick noodles!
The slightly spicy hot aftertaste is very refreshing, and eating this on a hot day is the best!

At ¥1,000 it is very good value, with the “chilled tantanmen noodles” coming with soup and white rice!

The lunch menu has many kinds of dishes that are good value for the money!

The view from the 39th floor is excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice.
With its reasonable prices and luxurious taste, this is a Chinese restaurant that I can really recommend!
