“Ron” in Kitashinchi
For today’s lunch I went to the steakhouse “Ron” in Kitashinchi.
I was finally able to eat the hamburger steak that I have wanted to eat for a long time.
Since for the sauce on the hamburger steak you can choose either Japanese-style (“ponzu” sauce mixed with grated “daikon” radish), or Western-style (demi-glace sauce), here I definitely ordered the demi-glace sauce for its classic approach.
The hamburger steak, which was very carefully grilled on an iron plate, is not that large in size, but it came out very plump.
The hamburger steak itself has not had any extra flavoring added, and you can directly taste the flavor of the meat.
As you might expect from the meat used at a high-class steakhouse, the good flavor and delicious taste of the meat is wonderful!
The thick demi-glace sauce is slightly sweet but you can feel the deeply rich flavor, and you know that they took time and effort to make it.
The “hamburger steak” costs ¥1,260 and comes with red “miso” soup and all-you-can-eat rice.
When I considered what was included, I was plenty satisfied.
I well understood the reason why it sells out immediately even if it is expensive.
At the booth next to me I was able to watch them grilling on the iron plate, and watching how they were very carefully cooking was enjoyable just to look at it.
While the interior is from a former age, even that, along with the high-grade sense and service, are the best without fading!
I can really recommend this restaurant’s lunch since you can enjoy the same high-grade sense and service whether it is the cheaper lunch or at night.
