Nishi Shinsaibashi “Menya Gaten”

Outrageously great value! Special high-quality Japanese style soy-sauce ramen for a limited time only!

For lunch today, I went to a ramen shop in Nishi Shinsaibashi, “Menya Gaten”.

I went to try the famous “beef tendon curry ramen” at the shop, but I found the “special limited time ramen”, so I had the latter instead after much indecision over which to eat.(^^

“Japanese Style Soy-Sauce Based Soba”(¥680)
After taking a look at the menu, I somehow felt the urge to try this.(^^
Its savory soy-sauce aroma rises up into the air!

There are chunks of onions in the soup.
Savor the medley created by the soup and onion chunks…

The rich umami and soy-sauce umami blend into a delicious harmony, and the well-textured onions add a unique accent!
Extraordinarily high-quality flavors!

Slightly thick flattened noodles

The soft and chewy noodles go well with the soup, making it delicious!

“Rice Bowl with Raw Egg” (+¥90)
During lunchtime on weekdays, you can get a bowl of rice with a raw egg on top for an extra ¥90!

Mix it well and enjoy

Seaweed and dried bonito flakes really go well together!

The “beef tendon curry ramen” and “MAZE soba” are the basics, and the prices are amazing!
A great lunch special is available during lunchtime, and it’s an outrageously great value!
I would definitely like to try every type of ramen they offer.(^^
