Patisserie Chocolaterie Ordinaire
Patisserie Chocolaterie Ordinaire in Osaka, Nishi-ku, Minamihorie
I headed over, because I wanted to try the seasonal specials.
All my favorite peach and mango sweets were there, alongside the various chocolate confections and regular cakes.
The chef certainly lived up to expectations and provided a fantastic selection.
I really wanted to try every single one of the the fantastic-looking array of new products, but sadly, I’d just eaten lunch, so I tragically had to narrow down my choice to just two items.
And the next was the winner of the Japan cake show “Vacances”
Let’s take a closer look at Vacances 450Yen
It’s a delicate mousse cake which degrades in quality if you take it home while it’s still warm.
Since I wanted to enjoy it at its best, I ate it in the store’s eat-in area.
The mousse, which was flavored with a blend of five summer fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, banana and lime), had a fresh, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The mellow and exceedingly tropical summer flavor liberally coats the mouth.
Thanks to milk chocolate ganache and brûlée within the mousse, the flavor wasn’t only acidic, but had a very delicate bitter accent.
Not only was the mousse delicious, but the pastry surrounding it contained countless fragments of crunchy, delicious nuts and pistachios.
It was a really stunning performance by the chef, who added value on top of the fragrant flavor and great eating experience.
This patisserie is definitely looking forward to an increase in popularity!
