“Bukkoshi” in Kitahama

A new beef bone ramen shop has made a debut!

For today’s lunch, I went to a ramen shop in Kitahama called “Bukkoshi”.
This pure white soup is really its distinguishing feature, and it seems it turns this color when the beef bone soup is cooked to the maximum level!

First I’ll try the soup…

Whoaaa, it’s gooood!
The creamy and smooth texture of the soup, the delicious beef and richness, as well as the emulsification, bring out a faint sweetness that all wonderfully blend together and make it extremely delicious!

Plump noodles

So goooood!
The springy consistency is really good and mixes well with the superb soup. It’s delicious!

Rare braised beef

So goooood!
You can really sense the deliciousness of the beef!

If you drink the soup after you eat the crunchy plums, you can enjoy a very interesting flavor.

Even though it just opened, there’s already lines forming. When I arrived at the shop today after 1:00PM, there were 6 people in line!
By all means, go and try the delicious beef bone ramen!
