Hamagurian Kissho Bettei

Their grilled clam and clam dashimaki tamago (omelette made with broth) are superb!

This restaurant’s grand opening was on April 7th, 2014!
” Hamagurian ”, famous for their ” Yakihamawanko ”(grilled clams served continuously until the guest is satisfied, as is the case with “wanko soba”) opened their second restaurant on the 2nd basement floor of Hankyu Sanbaigan Minami-kan.

The inside of the restaurant has a calm and classy atmosphere.
There are table seats overlooking the kitchen and luxurious private rooms ( with a sunken kotatsu).
You can use it for groups or entertaining.
This restaurant is specialized in clam dishes, and their clams are shipped directly from Kuwana, in Mie Prefecture, which is famous all over the country.
Clams, which can be expected to have positive effects in terms of beauty and health, have a lot of “taurine,” which is good for the liver and will help you feel refreshed when you wake up the next morning.
As I suffer from anemia, clams are the perfect ingredient to replenish my iron supply!
Moreover, they are low in calories and high in protein(^^♪
And they are even better when you have them with a carefully selected wine♪
When had with white wine (Chablis,) the resulting ‘mariage’ is just wonderful!!!

■ Grilled clams (3 pieces) 480 Yen
The restaurant is famous for their “Yakihama Wanko,” which allows guests to enjoy freshly grilled clams continuously until they decide to stop.
Grilled clams are full of minerals, tender to chew and absolutely juicy(^^)v
They are delicious enough without added condiments☆彡

◆Giant clam (1 piece) 1180 Yen
Rare to find, giant clams are spectacular!!!
Filling one’s mouth with a big natural clam from Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, is happiness itself!!!
Its delicious taste lasts forever♡

■ Hamashabu (30 pieces) 2650 Yen
I recommend this clam shabu-shabu: “Hamashabu.”
The texture of lightly boiled clams, plump, soft and jellylike, is exquisite♪
The juices of the clams soak into the vegetables in the pot, spreading the deliciousness!!
The long-awaited zosui (rice gruel made usually with the leftover soup from the hot pot at the end of the meal) is so good that you will want another serving(≧∇≦)

■ Clam rahmen 700 Yen
Full of flavor! You can enjoy clams to the very last piece with this clam rahmen while you savor the aroma of sea water♪

■ Clam Dashimaki Tamago (Omelette made with broth) 850 Yen
I highly recommend their big “Clam Dashimaki Tamago,” made using six eggs.
This is just a must-have!!!
The omelette has clams boiled in soy sauce and mirin inside, and you dip it into piping hot clam soup stock before you eat it.

Besides all the described above, their menu also includes clam tempura, clams steamed in wine, kettle cooked clam rice, and others.
