PIZZERIA Scugnizzo DA SHIGEO
I went to “Scugnizzo DA SHIGEO”, which is listed in the Bib Gourmand division of “The Michelin Guide Kansai 2014.” I’ve been wanting to go there for a long time.
Bib Gourmand is a listing of judge-recommended restaurants that didn’t receive stars but nonetheless offer good dishes at a good value.
I had the “Chef’s Choice Course”, which is offered by the chef, who trained in Naples, Italy.
In a stove oven that has been brought from Naples, pizza, fish dishes, and desserts are cooked over a wood flame!!
The various simple dishes that highlight their ingredients are all delicious!
Neapolitan pizza is known for its chewy and thin crust. Flour power!
Pizzas with tomato sauce that you’ll want to drink up, stretchy gorgonzola, squid ink sauce. All of these are so delicious that you’ll find yourself wanting more.
The Oven Roasted Blackthroat Seaperch, which is made in a stone oven of 600°C, has a delicious and fragrant crispy skin and moist white meat.
The pasta is a flat tagliatelle that is full of flavor.
Together with the rich bolognese sauce, it’s a deep and rich flavor experience!
