Sushiyoshi opens a new restaurant!
“Sushiyoshi” in Tsuruhashi is a restaurant regularly featured on TV for its “gourmet nigiri sushi” that’s great even without soy sauce. I’ve eaten there several times.
This time I went to their restaurant in Minamisenba, which opened in April 2014!

* Steamed Cod Milt Sushi
The creamy milt gently melts in your mouth.
* Snow Crab
Winter’s little red jewel box was absolutely amazing!
Made from a female snow crab, this dish features brown crab roe and orange crab ovaries served in the shell. Full, rich flavor.
* Manganji Green Pepper and Eel
The fragrant grilled manganji green pepper’s bitter pairs well with the eel’s sweet.
The fresh shichimi adds a nice little kick!
This pressed mackerel sushi achieves the perfect balance with shiso, sesame, and myoga ginger!
