The owner of this soba restaurant carefully and thoroughly selects the toppings (daikon, wasabi) as well as the soba flour♪

*100% Soba ground by hand: 1050 yen
The 100% Soba made by grinding soba seeds with the hulls, has a firm texture and rich flavor. If you chew it, you can taste its subtle sweetness spread in your mouth♪
With some natural salt sprinkled on the soba, the soba’s sweetness is enhanced and tastes rich!
It’s worth coming here to chew and savor these thick noodles.
