Teuchi Soba Kazu

Premium Soba Restaurant

I love the Subway Midosuji Line Abiko Station area that has many unique and delicious restaurants.
The owner of this soba restaurant carefully and thoroughly selects the toppings (daikon, wasabi) as well as the soba flour♪

■Kazu’s Soba Noodles stone-ground by hand (coarse, thick)
*100% Soba ground by hand: 1050 yen
The 100% Soba made by grinding soba seeds with the hulls, has a firm texture and rich flavor. If you chew it, you can taste its subtle sweetness spread in your mouth♪
With some natural salt sprinkled on the soba, the soba’s sweetness is enhanced and tastes rich!
It’s worth coming here to chew and savor these thick noodles.

■Zaru Soba stone-ground by hand

■Soba Gaki ground by hand: 750 yen

■Homemade Soba Miso (soba seeds roasted with miso): 300 yen

■Roasted Duck Drumsticks (daikon oroshi and soy sauce): 600 yen

■Nasu Goma (slice eggplants, sesame oil and salt): 300 yen

■Japanese Sake: 600 yen
